In order to recover access to your account, please send us a Support request including the following information:
- The current player ID or name that you're seeing in-game*
- The name of the account you want recovered
- Approximately when you last accessed the account, if you can remember.
After sending this information along, our Support Team will be in touch as soon as possible to help you get back into the game!
*Note: If you're unsure of your account name, you can find this by accessing the 'Menu' and clicking the 'Account' button!
You should be able to see your account name on the area highlighted below, next to your player icon.
