I'm missing a purchase! What should I do?

Our team would be happy to recover any missing purchases! To help us recover your items as fast as possible, please tap the "Contact Us" button and provide the following information in your first message:

• Name of the missing pack from the Bundles menu in your game so we can locate the correct bundle to recover (ex: Soul Essence, Infernal Armies, Blacksmiths of Ruin, etc).
*If you don't remember the exact name, feel free to let us know the name of a bundle of the same price and we'd be happy to provide it.*

• Screenshot of your original receipt for each missing purchase. We'll need the e-mailed receipts as they have the order number we need to verify the purchase.
*If you no longer have your original receipt, you can get a copy from your app store purchase history located at the following links:*

NOTE: We only accept official app store receipts! Order/Purchase History, pasted text, PayPal, carrier text messages or bank statements are not
