What are the different types of Resources?

Modified on Tue, 13 Dec 2022 at 01:21 PM

In Operation New Earth, there are several different types of resources that you will find and use on a regular basis.  Many of them can be gathered in a variety of ways.  Tech, Food, Oil, Alloy, and Neutronium can all be granted as a Mission reward, collected from crashed Alien Ships, gathered from resource deposits on the World Map, and won in the Gambling Den.  In addition, all resources (except for Alliance Credits) can be purchased using Shards.

Tech
Your main source of Tech can be generated from the Black Market.  The amount you can harvest and the amount you can store depends on the level of your Black Market and your Supply Depot, respectively.

Food
Your main source of Food can be generated from the Geoponic Farm.  The amount you can harvest and the amount you can store depends on the level of your Geoponic Farm and your Supply Depot, respectively.

Oil
Your main source of Oil can be generated from the Oil Rig.  The amount you can harvest and the amount you can store depends on the level of your Oil Rig and your Supply Depot, respectively.

Alloy
Your main source of Alloy can be generated from the Alloy Refinery.  The amount you can harvest and the amount you can store depends on the level of your Alloy Refinery and your Supply Depot, respectively.

Neutronium
Your main source of Neutronium can be gathered from resource deposits on the world map and by building outposts on Neutronium Veins. You may not see the usefulness of Neutronium at lower levels, but it will quickly become your most important resource!  The amount you can store depends on the level of your Supply Depot.

Shards
Shards can be won at the Gambling Den, granted as a Mission reward, or purchased from the Shop.

Den Chips
A certain amount of Den Chips is granted to you every day, however additional Den Chips can be purchased using Shards.

Alliance Credits
Alliance Credits can be earned by completing Alliance Missions and by assisting other members of your alliance by tapping on the "Assist" icon that may occasionally appear in the lower right corner of the screen.  If you leave an alliance, you will not lose any Alliance Credits that you have earned. However, you will not be able to spend them until you join another Alliance.
