The support button can be found in the menu accessed from the top right corner of the game. Once in the menu, you can see support listed as shown below.

Provide Detailed and Accurate Information
When submitting a ticket, please ensure the email you provided is correct, or else you will not receive replies or updates regarding your request or ticket.
Please include the following information:
- Your Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers username (including any special characters)
- The platform you access the game (e.g., iOS or Android)
- Version of the app
- A detailed description of the issue.
The more information you provide, the easier it will be for the support team to assist you.
Attach Screenshots or Videos
If the issue you're experiencing can be visually captured, consider attaching screenshots or videos to your ticket. This can provide additional context and help the support team understand the problem more effectively.
If you are sending the report via the game directly, you will have to wait for the initial response and attach the captured screenshot or video to the email responses.
Check for Updates or bug- reports
Before submitting a ticket, it's a good idea to check if there are any updates available for the game or if the issue you're encountering is a known issue that the developers are already aware of. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply updating the game to the latest version.
