To join an Alliance, first tap on the Alliance button on you base map.

Recommended Alliances that have Open Membership policies and are not full will show up in a list, sorted by Power. You can tap View to see a list of who's in the Alliance already and the Alliance's description or message. Once you've found the right Alliance for you, simply tap Join Alliance!
