Most account options can be found by clicking 'Account' in the top bar, from there you can use the 'Edit Details' link to change some details or click the avatar image to change it.
If what you're looking for isn't there, it is likely a forum setting that can be found by clicking 'My Profile' at the top of this page and then going to 'My Settings'.
