I did not receive my in-game purchase?

Most of the time, in-app purchases will be credited to your account at the time of purchase. However, there may be numerous reasons why that might not be the case, ranging from a dropped connection to the third-party store having purchase issues at the time of purchase.

Our team would be happy to investigate and recover your missing purchase as soon as we are able. We are a small team and aim to resolve your purchase issue within 48 hours; however, due to ticket volume or simply if the issue requires more investigation, this might not always be the case.

What we need from you!

To credit your missing purchase swiftly, we will need the following information:

Name of the missing pack

Screenshot of your original receipt for each missing purchase and any purchases made the same day. We'll need the emailed receipts as they have the order number we need to verify the purchase.

If you no longer have your original receipt, you can get a copy from your app store purchase history, located at the following links:

Google Play receipts

Apple Store receipts

Steam Receipts

Microsoft Receipts

Epic Games Store

NOTE: Other stores not mentioned above will send receipts to your email. We only accept official app store receipts! Pasted text, PayPal, or bank statements are not accepted as valid receipts. Please ensure the screenshots show the date of purchase, transaction ID/order number, bundle name, and cost.
