Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest

We're so sorry to hear you've encountered inappropriate behaviour from another player in our game! We take matters like this very seriously, so please don't hesitate to make a report to us through the following methods:

Global Chat

You can report any inappropriate or offensive messages you encounter to the Support team by clicking on the player's username and selecting 'Report':

Alternatively, you can locate the player on the world map and click on their profile to access the above menu.

From here, you can select what you are reporting the player for...

...and provide any further details you wish to include in your report:

Private Messages

If you are receiving inappropriate or offensive messages from another player through the in-game private messaging system, you can report them in the same ways as previously mentioned.

Please note: for us to investigate inappropriate private messages, we'll need to see screenshots of the messages you have received. This is because our support team will not be able to personally view them due to it being a private messaging channel.

Players Attacking your Outpost

While frustrating, players attacking your base does not constitute abuse, as it is within the intended game mechanics.

Please note that the Support team does not set the rules for PvP, these are determined by players. If you're encountering an issue with these rules, we suggest you reach out to your Alliance or its leader for more details!

You can view the pacts your alliance has made with others via the alliance menu:

Please be aware that when it comes to player politics, the Support team are generally not able to get involved unless there is a violation of the Terms of Service, which you can find here.
