Please check if you can recover your account using the link services, Facebook/Google/Steam etc. If you complete the tutorial as a new player, access the Settings and click "Link Account" to Facebook (or any other services that your main account is linked to), it should then allow you to select your lost account here.
If this doesn't work, to recover access to your account, please send us a Support ticket here, including the following information:
- The current Web Store ID or name that you're seeing in-game.*
- The name of the account you want recovered.
- Approximately when you last accessed the account, if you can remember.
- The last purchase date and amount on your lost account?
After sending this information along, our Support Team will be in touch as soon as possible to help you get back into the game!
*Note: If you're unsure of your account name or Web Store ID, you can find this by accessing the 'Menu' and clicking the 'Account' button!
