In all of our games, you are able to contact our Hunted Cow Support team via the game directly that you are having issues with. The support button can typically be found in the menu.

What do we need from you?

Check for Updates or ⁠bug-reports

Before submitting a ticket, it's a good idea to check if there are any updates available for the game or if the issue you're encountering is a known issue that the developers are already aware of. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply updating the game to the latest version.

Provide Detailed and Accurate Information

If you wish to report an issue to the support team, please ensure you input the correct email address and categorise your issue correctly, as this can prevent you from receiving a response and affect the time it takes you to receive a response.

Please include as much detail as possible, such as:

  • Game
  • Username (including any special characters)
  • The platform you access the game (e.g., Apple, Google Play, etc.)
  • Version of the app
  • A detailed description of the issue. 
  • Crash logs and step-by-step to help in recreating the issue.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be for the support team to assist you.

Attach Screenshots or Videos

If the issue you're experiencing can be visually captured, consider attaching screenshots or videos to your ticket. This can provide additional context and help the support team understand the problem more effectively. If you are sending the report via the game directly, you will have to wait for the initial response and attach the captured screenshot or video to the email responses.

Patience

After submitting a ticket, it may take some time for the support team to respond, especially when they receive a high volume of inquiries. Be patient and avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, as this can cause confusion and delays in the resolution process.

Be Respectful

Remember that the support team is there to help you, and being polite and respectful can go a long way in receiving prompt and helpful assistance. Avoid using offensive language or making unreasonable demands, as this may hinder the support team's ability to assist you effectively.

Not heard back from us?

After 5 days, if you have not heard back from us. Please check your inbox and spam folder in case we have been filtered to the incorrect place. If in doubt, submit another ticket for confirmation. If you do this, please share with us the information that was included in your initial ticket and the ticket number so we can locate this and merge them together.
